DESCRIPTION:

The scope of work was to demo and dispose of this single-family house and debris. All existing electrical and other utilities were removed and disposed of and cappedin place. Asbestos abatement manifest was prepared and filed, and all asbestos containing material were handled, transported and disposed of in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. All areas were backfilled and compacted after demolition to provided positive drainage and eliminate voids
