Through our teaming agreement with the Bunnell Foundation & Marine, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, BlackStar Marine specializes in Shoreline Stabilization, Marine Structures, Excavation Protection, and Environmental Services.  We also perform all phases of bridge construction and restoration including pile driving.
