DESCRIPTION:

This prjoect was a complete gut and renovation of an existing building. The scope of work included the demolition of all water closets, toilet compartments, sinks, flooring, walls, HVAC, and light fixtures. BlackStar furnished and new toilet partitions, bathroom accessories, flooring, water closets, sinks, toilets, new led lighting and new HVAC. All work was completed in accordance with ADA regulations. New piping for all bathroom fixtures and new wiring for electrical fixtures were installed. BlackStar was also required to install new access, interior, and exterior doors. The wet pipe sprinkler system piping was reconfigured to cover the new configuration of the building. The reconfiguration of the building resulted in the following new rooms, a Gun Safe Room, Ammunition Room, Conference Room, and a New Interrogation Room. The size of this project was $650K and it too was finished on time and within budget with no safety concerns.
